Mrs. O'Connell

Hello! My name is Mrs. O'Connell, and this is my 5th year at PCK and the 10th year of my career in education. I am excited to teach third grade this year! 

I was born and raised in a suburb outside of Boston, cheering for all the Boston sports teams.  Teaching is my passion and in 2007 I earned my Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I taught first grade for five years and then took time off to raise my kids. I have four energetic children, Braden (14), Abby (13), Camden (10), and Declan (7). We moved to Colorado in 2014 and love the active lifestyle and being outdoors. In my spare time  I enjoy skiing, hiking, reading, barre classes and driving my children to all their activities.  

I can't wait to meet my students in August! I always lead with love and positivity.  In my classroom I like to work hard and have fun.  I look forward to partnering with you and your child for a successful year.
